Coconut or Eggnog French toast casserole
These are terrific. Everything is prepared the day before by me! About an hour before breakfast or brunch you just pop these in the oven and cook them to their toasted perfection. French toast is made with cuts of my own homemade crusty bread, Madagascar vanilla, butter, and cinnamon. It's just delicious!
The coconut french toast is amazing too. I honestly can't decide which one is more wonderful. Made with my fresh sourdough, coconut cream, eggs and shaved fresh coconut this is sweet and oh so good!
Both are made in a 1/2 steam table pan and easily feed 10 if this is the main part of your breakfast. More if it is an accompaniment

Chocolate Truffles Everyone’s favorite perfect bite!!
Any of you who have had these know they kind of defy description. Not a cake inside, not a brownie, not just chocolate, but a soft dense bite of chocolate nirvana dipped in another layer of chocolate bliss. A labor of love, rolled by hand, dipped and decorated. They really are a favorite everywhere I bring them! Makes a great hostess gift. With white chocolate garnish or peppermint 1 dozen
Gluten Free Chocolate Truffles
Butter Almond Toffee
Gluten Free deep chocolate cupcakes
This was my first attempt at gluten free baking and I was so pleased with it! It's a very dense chocolate cake, not a fluffy one, almost more brownie-ish It has intense chocolate flavor thanks to tons of bittersweet chocolate in the mix. We top it off with a sweet and light vanilla buttercream. A treat for everyone! One dozen
Malted Moo Crunch
Red Velvet Cake
I want all of y'all to be clear that this is a southern cake. I know it has exploded in popularity in the past few years, but it's been a staple for dessert in the South for a very long time. It's made with fresh buttermilk, three layers of heaven, finished off with cream cheese buttercream - fabulous!
